Mobile Software Engineers, iOS, Android & Cross-Platform Developers. Remote AI Project
We are seeking experienced Mobile Software Engineers, iOS Developers, Android Developers, React Engineers, and Flutter Developers to contribute to a remote AI project focused on advanced mobile software engineering.
You will create challenging coding environments that test an AI model’s ability to debug mobile applications, build non-trivial features, refactor complex code, manage application state and lifecycle, and optimize performance.
What You’ll Do
- Create realistic and technically challenging mobile software engineering tasks using real or representative codebases.
- Design problems involving bug fixing, feature development, application state, lifecycle behavior, asynchronous workflows, refactoring, and performance optimization.
- Build tasks for React, Flutter, iOS, or Android applications based on your expertise.
- Create reproducible development environments that allow each task to be evaluated consistently.
- Write deterministic verifiers and automated checks that recognize correct solutions while rejecting incomplete, incorrect, or hard-coded implementations.
- Develop golden reference solutions demonstrating one valid way to solve each engineering problem.
- Identify edge cases and ensure tasks require genuine mobile engineering reasoning rather than superficial code changes.
- Document task requirements, expected behavior, verification logic, and implementation assumptions clearly.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
