Job Description:
Are you a qualified Mobile Electrical Engineer with a strong electrical background and a good understanding of HVAC systems? We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused engineer to join our mobile team, supporting a portfolio of commercial sites across your designated area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a variety of commercial properties, including offices, retail units, leisure facilities, and warehouses.
- Respond to emergency call-outs and reactive works, taking ownership of issues and delivering a high standard of service while consistently meeting agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Hours of Work:
- 42.5 hours per week between Monday - Friday.
- Overtime starting after 47.5 hours.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in General Building services.
- Industry relevant qualifications.
- Electrically qualified City and Guilds level 3.
- Recognised qualification in at least one Maintenance/ Engineering discipline.
- To carry out installation of plant, fixtures, and fittings as required.
- To carry out servicing and repairs of onsite plant, fixtures, and fittings.
- To organise various housekeeping tasks and arrangements.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Training in Legionella Awareness & Emergency Lighting Regulations.
- City & Guilds / Plumbing / AC servicing / Gas.
- 18th Addition.
- 2391 test and inspection.
