About Us

Veteris is an independent veterinary service providing home emergency care across Greater London, backed by our own 24/7 emergency and critical care hospitals in Shoreditch, Clapham, Twickenham, and Temple Fortune.

We are an ECC-only service. Our team is young, close-knit and genuinely supportive, and a number of our senior clinicians began their careers with us as mobile vets.

The Role

As a mobile emergency veterinary surgeon, you will see patients in their own homes across London, with our hospital team and a remote senior clinician behind you throughout every shift.

  • You'll work 9-hour shifts at a calm pace, setting the length of your own consultations: time to investigate properly, carry out procedures, and sit with owners while they take in difficult news.
  • The case mix ranges from stable presentations to genuine emergencies, and you can follow your critical patients through to our hospital if they need admitting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
