About Punto Health
Punto Health is an award-winning digital health startup on a mission to transform cognitive and senior care.
Founded by engineers Anna Muñoz Farré and Jack Eckersley, we are building an AI-powered platform that helps detect cognitive change earlier, personalise care and provide continuous support to patients, families and healthcare professionals.
Our products include:
- PuntoTest, a speech-based digital biomarker for the early detection and monitoring of cognitive change.
- PuntoCare, an AI-powered platform that supports patients, carers and clinicians through personalised guidance, cognitive health activities and continuous insights.
Our products are co-designed with clinicians, patients and families. We work closely with leading healthcare and research organisations across Spain and the UK, including NHS services and the Alzheimer’s Society.
Following our recent seed round, we are expanding our team and scaling our technology across the UK and Spain.
The opportunity
We are looking for a Mobile Engineer to join our engineering team in London and help build digital products that make a meaningful difference to people living with dementia and other cognitive challenges.
You will work primarily across our Flutter applications, including PuntoCare and the cognitive stimulation games and experiences used by patients and carers.
This is a hands-on product engineering role that combines mobile development with UI and UX thinking. We are looking for someone who cares about how products look, feel and work—not just whether the code runs.
You may already have professional Flutter experience, or you may come from another frontend or mobile development background and be excited to deepen your Flutter skills.
You will work closely with our senior engineers, product team and clinical team, taking ownership of meaningful product features while contributing to the design and user experience of the products you build.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you’ll do
- Build, test and ship new features across our Flutter applications.
- Develop engaging, accessible mobile experiences — including cognitive stimulation games — for older adults and people living with cognitive challenges.
- Work across the stack in a small engineering team, contributing to Flutter, Firebase, Python and the other services that power our products.
- Collaborate with product, clinical and engineering colleagues across London and Barcelona to turn user and clinical needs into deployed products.
- Contribute to technical decisions, code reviews, testing and the ongoing improvement of our engineering practices.
- Work in a fast-moving, AI-accelerated team, using modern development tools and technologies to help us move quickly and build better products.
What we’re looking for
- At least 2 years of professional experience in mobile or frontend development.
- Proven experience with Flutter and Dart, or strong experience with another frontend or mobile framework and a clear motivation to work in Flutter.
- A track record of writing clean, well-tested code and delivering features end-to-end in a production environment.
- A strong eye for design and a solid understanding of what makes a mobile experience intuitive, accessible and visually polished.
- An ability to contribute to design as well as implementation — shaping how features look and feel, not just building to spec.
- Experience working effectively in a collaborative engineering team, contributing to code reviews and technical decisions.
- The ability to take ownership of significant pieces of work and drive them to completion.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
A plus:
- Hands-on experience with Figma or other design tools, producing wireframes, prototypes or contributing to a design system.
- Experience with Firebase, Python, mobile app deployment or releasing applications through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Experience building accessible products for older adults, healthcare users or other audiences with specific usability needs.
