Mobile Facilities Operative
Location: East London / West Essex (Ideally Romford, Brentwood or surrounding areas)
Contract: Full-Time
About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Mobile Facilities Operative to support a portfolio of sites across Greater London, Essex, Kent, and Surrey.
This is a field-based position requiring regular travel to multiple locations, delivering high-quality facilities support and ensuring sites are maintained to the highest standards.
The successful candidate will be strategically based within the East London or West Essex region, providing efficient access to our network of sites and enabling prompt response to operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel between multiple client locations across London and the South East.
- Carry out planned and reactive facilities support activities.
- Ensure sites are maintained in a safe, compliant, and professional manner.
- Complete inspections and report maintenance requirements.
- Liaise with site contacts, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and site visits.
- Support operational excellence and deliver outstanding customer service.

The Role Will Support Sites Across
- Essex: Brentwood, Harlow, Purfleet, Barking and Southend-on-Sea
- Kent: Dartford
- London: Eltham and Covent Garden
- Surrey: Guildford
What We're Looking For
- Experience in facilities management, building services, maintenance, or a similar operational role.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to travel regularly throughout the South East region.
