Purpose

The purpose of this role within the Operations department will be to prepare, install, operate & maintain Power Generation equipment within our facility or on customer site locations to ensure an excellent level of customer experience is delivered to all customers.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparation of equipment to a ready for hire condition including any relevant cleaning, maintenance, inspection & testing.
  • Attending customer site locations to perform maintenance, attend breakdown requests or any other associated customer requests.
  • Maintaining equipment maintenance & inspection records.
  • Identification & ordering of spare parts required to facilitate any repairs.
  • Completion & submission of any equipment, contract related documentation.
  • Complete Pre-Delivery Inspections of equipment prior to dispatch to our customer site locations.
  • Complete preventative maintenance in line with equipment manufacturers guidelines
  • Generator synchronisation
  • Load testing of generators
  • Fault diagnosis & resolution
  • Mechanical Repair
  • Installation & Commissioning of Power products to electrical regulations
  • Alternator Configuration
  • Generator synchronisation
