Equans is looking for a Mobile Handyperson to join our team covering Hampshire. This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the Southern Water Estate
- Support the helpdesk and operational teams with maintenance activities
- Supervise subcontractors and report any issues promptly
- Maintain accurate statutory records and compliance documentation
- Perform water hygiene tasks including legionella control checks
- Undertake general handyman duties such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and building repairs
- Manage deliveries, post, and parcels and assist with office moves and relocations
- Ensure health and safety standards are met and promote good safety habits
- Provide excellent customer service and support front-of-house areas

Who are you?
- Proven experience in a facilities management or similar environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Good IT skills including Word and Excel
- Full UK driving licence
- Qualifications such as GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths and IOSH Working Safely certificate
- Understanding of health and safety legislation and best practices
