Mobile HGV Mechanic
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Location: Worthing and the surrounding areas
Are you an experienced HGV Mechanic looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team?
Our client is seeking a skilled Mobile HGV Mechanic to provide high-quality maintenance and repair services on heavy goods vehicles. With a fully kitted service van and a diesel card provided, the successful candidate will primarily operate on the road, delivering exceptional service to clients in Worthing, Brighton, West Sussex, and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
- Level 3 HGV qualification is essential.
- Valid UK driving licence is essential.
- Proven experience as an HGV Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HGV vehicle mechanics.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to fabricate and weld components.
- Customer service-oriented with good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy goods vehicles (HGV).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
- Conduct inspections and identify potential problems or safety concerns.
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle parts and systems.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
