About The Role

We are recruiting Mobile Hose Technicians to join a leading supplier of hydraulic and industrial hoses. You’ll provide essential on-site hose replacement services across local and national contracts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, building customer relationships, and earning based on performance.

During An Average Day You'll

  • Provide first-class on-site hydraulic hose services, including a breakdown/out-of-hours service.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop the mobile business, exceeding turnover and margin targets for your area.
  • Maintain all stock on your service vehicle.
  • Undertake risk assessments before commencing work and adhere to site health & safety regulations.
  • Participate in an on-call rota, including potential night and weekend work (with paid overtime).

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in hydraulic or hose assembly/fitting, or as a plant fitter with good hydraulic knowledge would be an advantage. Alternatively the background / ability to learn.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Ability to work independently and build a customer base.
