About the Role
A global bank is looking for an experienced Interaction/Motion Designer to shape the motion language, interaction patterns and iconography for a new mobile product. Working within a small team of talented designers, engineers and product managers, you will create polished experiences that ship directly into the product and contribute to the wider design system.
What you'll bring:
- Define motion principles, tokens and interaction patterns
- Design loading states, transitions, confirmations, errors and micro-interactions
- Create a cohesive icon system and supporting illustrations
- Produce high-fidelity motion prototypes for key user journeys
- Deliver engineer-ready assets, specifications and usage guidelines

What you'll do:
- A strong portfolio of mobile interaction and motion design
- Deep understanding of timing, easing, sequencing and choreography
- Advanced Figma skills and experience with After Effects, Lottie, Rive or Principle are strong advantages
- Experience creating consistent icon systems
- Experience contributing to design systems and handing work over to engineers
- Understanding of motion accessibility and mobile-animation performance
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Experience with customer-facing mobile apps, card-based interfaces, real-time content, trust-sensitive products or React Native would be advantageous
