About Restore Hyper Wellness

Restore Hyper Wellness is the award-winning creator of Hyper Wellness® — a revolutionary new category in health. With more than 200 studios across 40 states — the largest medically-supported wellness network in the industry — we deliver innovative, science-backed therapies that empower clients to look and feel their best.

In the Twin Cities, Restore operates three studio locations — Woodbury, Apple Valley, and Maple Grove — each with its own General Manager and RN team. That means real, local people to call when you need help — a GM for scheduling, supplies, or business questions, and fellow RNs for clinical backup — not a call center or a name on an app.

Restore is investing heavily in the next phase of wellness — including GLP-1 medical weight loss, TRT (testosterone replacement therapy), peptide therapy, and biomarker and body composition assessment — alongside our foundational IV drip and injection therapy business. Our mobile IV program extends that same clinical rigor and brand trust directly to clients homes, offices, and events.

Medical services are a cornerstone of the Restore client experience. Our nurses are trusted advisors who help clients understand, pursue, and sustain their wellness goals, backed by real medical infrastructure — Medical Director oversight, protocols, EMR, and clinical support — that most independent mobile IV practices operate without.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal Mobile IV Nurse partner is an established, entrepreneurial RN with a proven track record running a mobile IV practice. You like the independence of managing your own route, client relationships, and supplies — but you are ready to trade going it alone for the infrastructure, brand credibility, and local team behind you that come with partnering with the largest name in the category.

You know how to deliver clinically sound, safe care outside a traditional clinical setting — assessing environments, screening for contraindications, and using sound judgment when you don't have a studio's four walls around you. You're drawn to the idea of a partner that handles scheduling, payments, and client acquisition infrastructure so you can focus on care and growing your book, with the option to pick up studio shifts when you want additional, more traditional hours.

This isn't a hospital-paced role — clients come to us to slow down, feel cared for, and leave better than they arrived. If you are a strong clinician who's ready to trade acute-care intensity for a warmer, relationship-driven pace (without losing an ounce of clinical rigor), this is built for you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Role Overview

As a Mobile IV Registered Nurse partnering with Restore, you'll deliver IV drip therapy, injections, and related mobile medical services directly to clients at their homes, offices, or events, using Restore's scheduling, POS, and clinical infrastructure. You'll operate under the clinical direction of Restore's Medical Director, following Restore protocols, while managing your own book of business and route. You'll also have the option to build relationships with our Woodbury, Apple Valley, and Maple Grove studios — referring and receiving referrals, and picking up in-studio shifts to join the broader nursing team.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care & Safety in Mobile Settings

  • Administer IV drip therapy, intramuscular injections, and other approved medical services in clients' homes, offices, hotels, or event locations with precision and strict adherence to protocol.
  • Conduct client health screenings and environment/safety assessments prior to every mobile visit to ensure the setting is appropriate for treatment.
  • Apply sound clinical judgment in a non-clinical setting — recognizing contraindications, identifying concerns, and escalating to Restore's Medical Director or on-call clinical support when appropriate.
  • Carry and maintain emergency response supplies appropriate for mobile administration, and know Restore's escalation protocol for adverse events away from a studio.
  • Provide individualized client education on therapies, expected outcomes, and at-home care.

Business & Client Management

  • Maintain and grow your client base, using Restore's scheduling and POS platform to book appointments and process payment.
  • Manage your own IV and injection inventory levels to ensure consistent service availability.
  • Operate within Restore's approved service menu, pricing, and clinical protocols across all client visits.
  • Introduce mobile clients to Restore's studio network and broader service offerings (GLP-1, TRT, peptides, biomarker and body composition assessment) where relevant to their goals.

Studio & Brand Collaboration

  • Represent the Restore brand consistently and professionally across every mobile visit.
  • Optionally pick up in-studio nursing shifts, joining the local studios nursing team for additional, separately-compensated hours.
  • Coordinate with local studio teams on referrals, scheduling, and client handoffs where mobile and in-studio care intersect.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate, complete, and timely medical documentation in client EMRs for every mobile visit.
  • Maintain an active, unencumbered RN license and all required certifications, and comply with all state-specific regulations governing mobile IV administration.
  • Maintain your own professional liability (malpractice) insurance as required for independent contractor status.
  • Manage your own tax obligations and documentation (W-9, quarterly self-employment taxes) as an independent contractor.

Qualifications

  • Licensure: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota (required).
  • Certification: Current BLS certification (required).
  • Mobile IV Experience: Minimum 1–2 years administering mobile IV therapy and injections, ideally with an established, transferable client base — required.
  • Clinical Experience: Acute care background (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar) — preferred.
  • Insurance: Own (or willingness to obtain) professional liability/malpractice insurance appropriate for independent contractor practice.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations across the service area.
  • Business Mindset: Comfortable operating as an independent contractor — managing your own schedule, supplies, invoicing, and taxes.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and the Restore clinical team. Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accurate documentation and protocol compliance. Comfortable using scheduling, POS, and EMR technology.

Why Partner With Restore

  • Largest network in the category: access to Restore's 200+ studio network — more brand reach than any independent mobile IV practice.
  • Real medical infrastructure: Medical Director oversight, established clinical protocols, and EMR/documentation support most mobile IV operators build alone.
  • Growth-forward platform: be part of Restore's expansion into GLP-1 medical weight loss, TRT, peptide therapy, and biomarker and body composition assessment.
  • HSA/FSA-eligible services: Restore's medically-supervised model allows many services to qualify for HSA/FSA payment — a differentiator for your clients.
  • Independent, not alone: keep your own route, clients, and schedule, while a local General Manager and RN team at your nearest studio are there for backup, questions, and support — every day.
  • In-person studio option: pick up optional in-studio shifts at one of our three Twin Cities studios — Woodbury, Apple Valley, or Maple Grove — and be part of a physical location and team, not just a solo mobile practice.
  • Employee-style perks without giving up independence: complimentary and discounted access to Restore therapies for your own wellness.
  • Built infrastructure: scheduling, POS, client onboarding, and marketing support already in place — spend your time on care and growing your book, not building back-office systems.
  • Path forward: visibility into studio bench work and Lead RN opportunities if you want to expand beyond mobile care over time.

Our Values in Action

  • Thrill Every Client: We create experiences that people can't wait to tell others about.
  • Build an Exceptional Team Culture: We win together.
  • Find the Win-Win: We seek solutions that create value for everyone involved.
  • Act Like an Owner: We treat the business as if it were our own.
  • Never Stop Improving: Every day is an opportunity to get a little better.

Ready to Partner With Us?

If you're an established mobile IV nurse ready to trade the overhead and isolation of running it all yourself for the backing of the largest name in the category — we'd love to talk.
