Location: Bellshill
Salary: Up to GBP38,000 - 40,000
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent (Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week)
Are you an experienced Commercial Electrician looking for a secure, permanent role with a leading housing and property management provider? We are seeking a skilled Mobile Electrician to join our team, delivering essential maintenance, repairs, and electrical installations across a diverse portfolio including social housing (void and occupied properties), commercial offices, depots, and care homes.

- Competitive Base Salary: Up to GBP40,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
- On-Call Allowance: GBP100 per week on a manageable 1 in 4 standby rota.
- Company Vehicle: Fully equipped company van and fuel card provided for work travel.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine electrical maintenance, detailed inspections, and fault finding on electrical systems across commercial offices, depots, care facilities, and housing properties.
- Installations and Upgrades: Carry out high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and full upgrades as required, strictly adhering to industry regulations and best practice.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with statutory health and safety regulations, standard operating procedures, and relevant electrical compliance standards.
- Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain complete and accurate digital/written logs of all works carried out, submitting reports and test certification efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with property managers, trades colleagues, and operational teams to deliver an exceptional standard of customer service.
Experience, Qualifications And Requirements
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (BS 7671).
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation / Maintenance.
- Proven experience working within commercial property maintenance, social housing, or care environments.
- Strong understanding of electrical testing, inspection, and safety standards.
- Valid full UK driving licence.
