Mobile Maintenance Electrician
Meridian are working with a well-established M&E contractor that are growing their regionalised FM team and are looking for a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to cover the South Wales, Bristol, and Gloucester areas. This role will involve FM and PPM of various commercial projects and properties in these areas, and offers a full, competitive package alongside additional earning potential.

Requirements
- BS7671 18th Edition regulations
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- Previous FM/PPM experience, ideally on commercial projects
- Full UK Driving Licence - there will be travel involved in this role
- C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing qualifications are desirable but not essential
Duties
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems
- Fault finding and diagnostics on LV systems
- Electrical testing and inspection
- Emergency lighting testing and repairs
- Power distribution and lighting maintenance
- Small installation works and remedial tasks
- Ensure compliance with BS 7671 (18th Edition Wiring Regulations)
- Complete job reports and documentation via CAFM systems
- Liaise with clients and site managers
- Participate in on-call rota (if required)
