Mobile Multiskilled Facilities Maintenance Engineer

About The Role
Are you a skilled and versatile Facilities Maintenance Engineer seeking your next challenge? We are looking for a proactive and experienced Mobile Multiskilled Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team, working across a variety of commercial sites in Sheffield. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering high-quality maintenance solutions, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across multiple client sites in Sheffield.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building fabric systems.
- Perform general building maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, and decorating as required.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with health & safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Complete accurate job reports, documentation, and communicate effectively with clients and the helpdesk team.

About You
- Qualified in a core trade (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC) with City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or above.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance within commercial environments.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
