Job Title: Mobile M&E Building Services Engineer
Salary: £42,000 per annum
Location: Hertfordshire
Job Type: Technical / Engineering
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Job Summary
Our client, a leading Facilities Management provider, is seeking a Mobile M&E Engineer to maintain a mixed commercial portfolio across Hertfordshire only. This is a local role with no London travel, ideal for engineers with a strong mechanical or electrical building services background.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across commercial buildings.
- Respond to reactive M&E faults and complete repairs efficiently.
- Service and maintain electrical and mechanical building services equipment.
- Diagnose faults on HVAC, heating, ventilation, and associated plant.
- Complete job reports and ensure compliance with health & safety procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service while covering a mobile Hertfordshire portfolio.
- Complying with SFG20
- Record Keeping / Logbooks

Requirements
- Need to live in the Hertfordshire area
- Level 2/3 Electrical Installation or Level 2/3 mechanical/plumbing
- Strong building services knowledge
- 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- UK Driver’s License
- Right to work in the UK
