Location: London & South East (Majority of work within the M25)
Salary: £50,000+ per annum + Overtime + Company Vehicle
About the Role:
We are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join a growing mobile engineering team covering commercial sites across London and the South East.
This is a varied, hands-on role involving PPM, reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and small installation works across a wide range of mechanical building services systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reactive maintenance and fault finding on commercial mechanical systems
- PPM servicing across client portfolio
- Repairs and small installation works (pipework, pumps, valves, cylinders etc.)
- Diagnosing issues with hot/cold water systems, booster sets, and pressurisation units
- Mechanical remedial works identified on site
- Complete service reports and documentation
- Work independently across multiple sites
- Participate in call-out rota when required

Experience Required:
- Strong background in commercial mechanical building services
- Experience in commercial plumbing, pumps, valves, and pipework
- Ability to fault find and diagnose issues independently
- Experience with repairs and installation works
- Full UK driving licence

Desirable:
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering
- Unvented Hot Water qualification
- Commercial Gas qualifications (advantageous)
- Experience on mobile engineering contracts
Package:
- £50,000+ per annum (DOE)
- Company van & fuel card
- Tools, mobile & uniform provided
- Overtime available
- Training & development (including gas qualifications)

Please note: The majority of work is based within the M25, with occasional travel across the wider South East.
