Location: London & South East (Majority of work within the M25)

Salary: £50,000+ per annum + Overtime + Company Vehicle


About the Role:

We are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join a growing mobile engineering team covering commercial sites across London and the South East.

This is a varied, hands-on role involving PPM, reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and small installation works across a wide range of mechanical building services systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Reactive maintenance and fault finding on commercial mechanical systems
  • PPM servicing across client portfolio
  • Repairs and small installation works (pipework, pumps, valves, cylinders etc.)
  • Diagnosing issues with hot/cold water systems, booster sets, and pressurisation units
  • Mechanical remedial works identified on site
  • Complete service reports and documentation
  • Work independently across multiple sites
  • Participate in call-out rota when required

Experience Required:

  • Strong background in commercial mechanical building services
  • Experience in commercial plumbing, pumps, valves, and pipework
  • Ability to fault find and diagnose issues independently
  • Experience with repairs and installation works
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering
  • Unvented Hot Water qualification
  • Commercial Gas qualifications (advantageous)
  • Experience on mobile engineering contracts

Package:

  • £50,000+ per annum (DOE)

Please note: The majority of work is based within the M25, with occasional travel across the wider South East.
