ONE Environmental Ltd delivers integrated building services across water treatment, commercial gas systems, pumps, drainage, fabrics and interiors, HVAC, and wider mechanical and electrical (M&E) services. Team members collaborate closely to provide a seamless service experience for customers in the London Area and beyond.
We are now seeking an experienced Mobile Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer
You will take ownership of your sites, become familiar with their plant and build strong working relationships with clients, facilities managers and other site operatives.

Main duties
- Complete scheduled mechanical and electrical PPMs.
- Service and maintain commercial HVAC and general building-services plant.
- Inspect AHUs, pumps, booster sets, pressurisation units, vessels, valves and associated equipment.
- Complete emergency-lighting checks and weekly fire-alarm tests.
- Undertake plantroom inspections, meter readings and basic fault-finding.
- Carry out occasional water-temperature monitoring and sampling following appropriate training.
- Identify defects and provide clear recommendations, readings and photographs.
- Attend reactive works when required.
- Participate in the out-of-hours callout rota, approximately one week in eight.
- Keep plantrooms and working areas clean, safe and tidy.
Requirements
- Recognised electrical or mechanical qualification.
- Experience servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC and other building services.
- Good knowledge of commercial PPM and fault-finding.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets and job-management software.
- Professional, reliable and able to work independently.
- Smart appearance with good client-facing and communication skills.

All work and customer assets are managed through Simpro Mobile. Engineers must accurately complete test readings, service reports, photographs and asset details. Full Simpro training will be provided.
