Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical or Plumbing Bias)
Location: Leeds & Surrounding Areas
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to support a portfolio of commercial sites across Leeds and the surrounding region. We welcome applicants with either an Electrical or Plumbing background who are looking for a varied, mobile role within a global facilities management business.
The Role
You'll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across multiple client sites, ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and building services faults.
- Complete compliance paperwork and maintenance records accurately.
- Liaise with clients and contractors to deliver excellent service.
- Support health & safety procedures, permits and risk assessments.
- Participate in an on-call rota when required.
About You
- Qualified in Electrical Engineering, Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering or a relevant trade.
- Experience within facilities management, building services or commercial maintenance environments.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently across multiple sites.
- Full UK driving licence.
