Job Title
Mobile Engineering Supervisor
About The Role
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is recruiting a Mobile Engineering Supervisor to support multiple client sites across Manchester and surrounding areas.
This is a hands-on, mobile role responsible for supervising engineers, ensuring safe and compliant maintenance delivery, and supporting high-quality service across a multi-site portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of mobile engineers across multiple sites
- Act as the technical point of contact for engineers and clients
- Ensure planned, reactive and corrective maintenance is delivered safely and compliantly
- Carry out hands-on fault-finding and maintenance when required, including emergency cover
- Manage specialist subcontractors and small works where needed
- Drive compliance with health & safety, statutory and CBRE standards
- Complete audits, site visits and quality checks across mobile routes
- Use CAFM systems to plan, monitor and report on work activity
- Identify service improvements and additional scope opportunities

What We’re Looking For
- Recognised engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical bias preferred)
- Experience in facilities management or building services
- Previous lead engineer or supervisory experience
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
- Good knowledge of health & safety and statutory compliance
- Confident using CAFM systems and mobile technology
- Strong organisation, communication and leadership skills
- Full UK driving licence
