- Salary: £53,788 plus flexibility premium

Your Experience And Skills
Key Accountabilities
- Attend accidents/incidents affecting the safe Operation of the infrastructure as directed by route control.
- Where necessary and appropriate, undertake the role of Rail Incident Officer [RIO], take responsibility for the command structure being set-up and lead the co-ordination of the infrastructure and service restoration activities.
- Collate information and evidence to support initial investigations into incidents and provide reports as directed.
- Provide incident response cover for other Mobile Operations Managers (MOMs) as directed.
- Undertake operational support duties as required to include, but not limited to—Performance monitoring, seasonal duties, contingency planning, audit work, and supporting engineering/maintenance works.
- Maintain response equipment in good mechanical order and keep vehicles safe, clean, and tidy.
- Undertake duties in response to Route crime, including graffiti removal as required. Liaise with BTP in response to such incidents.
- Assist the Operations Team with all Operational requirements as directed to include, but not limited to Deputy Duties, location visits, competency evidence, and Operations Manual procedures.
- Where competent, work signalling locations as directed.
- Represent Network Rail and the industry with our Lineside and 3rd party Neighbours.
