If you are an experienced Optical Assistant who loves seeing a variety of people each day and wants to make the most of their career in optics, this role is for you. You'll be working with amazing brands and cutting-edge equipment, in a variety of locations - fully supported by our friendly team of experts. About the Role
We are looking for a full time Mobile Optical Assistant to join us in delivering outstanding patient care.
We're looking for a friendly, professional and adaptable individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. As a Mobile Optical Assistant, you'll be the welcoming face of the practice, confidently supporting patients both in person and over the telephone, assisting with pre-screening examinations, answering queries and helping patients choose the right eyewear solutions for their needs. You'll maintain a strong awareness of the range of products and services we offer, provide guidance on contact lens handling and care, and stay up to date with pricing and promotions. Taking pride in creating a clean, organised and inviting environment, you'll also support the presentation and merchandising of our practices. Strong communication and numeracy skills, a professional and reliable approach, and the ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion are essential. As this is a mobile role, flexibility to travel between locations and support different practices as required is a key part of the position.

Additional Information
- Our frame selection includes Silhouette, TIFFANY&CO, Ray-ban and more
- The role requires you to work alternate Saturdays
- As this is a mobile position, a Full UK Drivers License and access to your own vehicle is a must
- Previous Dispensing Experience in an optical practice is required for this position
