We’re Hiring: Mobile Patrol Officer

📍 Location: Birmingham

💰 Pay: 13.45 per hour

📅 Hours: 48

Grade: 3.1 Site Based

As a Mobile Patrol Officer, you will deliver professional mobile security services across a portfolio of client sites within a designated area. The Mobile Patrol Officer will work independently, carrying out a variety of duties including lock and unlock procedures, alarm response, mobile patrols, property inspections, and escort services. As a Mobile Patrol Officer, your role is to protect people, property, and assets while maintaining a visible security presence and delivering exceptional customer service. Guided by our core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness, you will play a key role in creating safer environments for our clients, ensuring security standards are maintained across multiple locations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

  • Welcome staff, visitors, and contractors.
  • Conduct security patrols and site inspections.
  • Monitor access points and carry out searches when required.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
  • Complete reports, logs, and handovers accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with site procedures and safety standards.
  • Protect people, property, and assets while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • Valid SIA Licence.
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Right to Work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history.
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Reliable, professional, and adaptable.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
