📍 Location: Birmingham

💷 Pay: £13.45 per hour

🕒 Hours: 42 hours per week

As a Mobile Patrol Officer, you will provide security services and excellent customer service across multiple client sites within a designated area. The Mobile Patrol Officer will carry out lock/unlock duties, alarm responses, site inspections, and mobile patrols to protect people, property, and assets. We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and proactive Mobile Patrol Officer who can work independently or as part of a team, using initiative while maintaining high standards of integrity, vigilance, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Job Description

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

  • Conduct mobile patrols, site inspections, lock/unlock duties, and alarm responses across client sites.
  • Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain site security.
  • Complete accurate incident reports, activity logs, and security documentation.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and accidents, following escalation procedures.
  • Carry out vehicle checks and ensure the safe use of company equipment and vehicles.
  • Maintain a professional, helpful, and customer-focused approach at all times.
  • Follow company policies, health & safety procedures, and site assignment instructions.
  • Work flexibly, independently, and as part of a team to protect people, property, and assets.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • ✅ Valid SIA Licence
  • ✅ Full UK Manual Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
  • ✅ Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable work history
  • ✅ Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • ✅ Flexible to work days, nights, and weekends
  • ✅ Reliable, adaptable, and willing to learn
  • ✅ Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • ✅ Professional approach with strong attention to detail
