đź“… Hours: 42 hours per week
🌙 Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off | 12-hour night shifts

As a Mobile Patrol Officer, you will provide professional mobile security services across a range of client sites within a designated area. As a Mobile Patrol Officer, you will carry out patrols, lock and unlock duties, alarm responses, and other security tasks as required. Working independently and using a company vehicle, the Mobile Patrol Officer will help protect people, property, and assets while delivering exceptional customer service and upholding the values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.

Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
- Conduct mobile patrols, site inspections, lock/unlock duties, and alarm responses.
- Deliver professional and customer-focused security services at all times.
- Work independently across multiple client sites using a company vehicle.
- Complete accurate incident reports and maintain detailed records.
- Follow assignment instructions, site procedures, and company policies.
- Respond effectively to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, key management, and security procedures.
- Remain flexible to support operational requirements across different locations and shifts.

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Valid SIA Licence.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
- Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable work history.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Mobile security experience preferred, but not essential.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of managing a varied and demanding workload.
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
- Comfortable working independently across multiple sites.
- Willing to drive a company vehicle, collected from the office, to carry out duties.
- Able to adapt to the varying requirements of different customers and locations.
- Reliable, flexible, and professional in approach.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
