About the Role

We’re looking for a Mobile Proposition Manager to join our Onecom Partners Commercial team, playing a key role in the ongoing development and performance of our mobile proposition.

Reporting to the Partner Billing & Commercial Director, you’ll take ownership of a broad range of commercial activity across our mobile portfolio. From analysing commercial performance and identifying opportunities, to managing tariff changes, migrations and enhancing the OneHub partner portal, this is a varied role where your insight and attention to detail will make a real difference.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Sales, Finance, Operations, Billing and Development, while also building effective relationships with our external Partners and Suppliers.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll become a key point of knowledge for our mobile proposition, combining strong commercial awareness with detailed analysis and effective stakeholder management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking the lead on key areas of the mobile proposition, including identifying base opportunities and completing detailed impact analysis.
  • Overseeing Redbill reporting and managing monthly overlay analysis, including seeking the necessary credit approvals.
  • Managing the end-to-end process for tariff changes, including Product Tariff Guides and Deal Calculators.
  • Taking ownership of the mobile migration process, ensuring activity is effectively managed from start to finish.
  • Acting as a key liaison between the Development and Mobile Operations teams, helping ensure commercial requirements are understood and delivered.
  • Supporting the ongoing development of OneHub, including providing portal demonstrations to Partners.
  • Working alongside our Sales teams on deal stacking and helping them understand the commercial implications of potential opportunities.
  • Carrying out margin impact analysis across product areas when required.
  • Using data and commercial insight to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks.
  • Reviewing and challenging existing processes, looking for smarter and more effective ways of working across Partner Commercial and the wider business.
  • Building strong working relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, Billing, Development and our external Partner and Supplier network.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
