Job Description

Salary: £13.45 per hour
Position Type: Permanent
Hours: Part time, 5 hours per week
Location: Preston, Fulwood and Ribbleton area

International Sponsorship: This role is not open to international sponsorship

Role Overview

A Mobile School Crossing Patrol is required in the Preston, Fulwood, Ribbleton area, to act as a Mobile Relief providing cover for the fixed-point school crossing patrols due to absence and to cover vacant posts.

Key Requirements

  • Access to own transport
  • Business insurance
  • Ability to travel to any of the crossings at short notice on a shift-by-shift basis

Crossing Times: Generally in the region of 08:30 to 09:00 and 15:10 to 15:40, Monday to Friday during term time, which is 38 weeks a year.

Pay: FLW, currently £13.45 an hour. Payment is 5 hours a week with additional payment based on duty performed. Uniform and training are provided.

Additional Requirements

  • You will be required to provide a car for use in connection with the duties of this post and must be insured for business use.
  • However, we may consider you if you cannot drive because of a disability.
