Are you a Service Engineer or Plant Fitter with experience in diesel engines and hydraulics, looking for a varied mobile role with door-to-door pay and overtime paid at time and a half?
Do you want to join an established, privately owned construction equipment specialist offering manufacturer training and the opportunity to work on machinery from leading brands?
This company specialises in the sale, hire, servicing and repair of construction equipment, working with manufacturers including Takeuchi, Thwaites, Bomag, Atlas Copco and Epiroc. They are looking for a Mobile Service Engineer to support customers across the Southwest.
In this role, you will service, maintain and repair construction machinery across the company's hire fleet and customer equipment. You will diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults, carry out warranty repairs and work closely with depot teams, customers and manufacturers.

This role would suit a Plant Fitter or Service Engineer looking to develop their skills through manufacturer training while benefiting from paid travel, enhanced holiday entitlement and overtime opportunities.
The Role:
- Service, maintain and repair construction plant and hire equipment.
- Diagnose faults across diesel engines, hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical systems.
- Carry out manufacturer warranty repairs.
- Travel to customer sites across the Southwest.
- Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, working 42.5 hours per week.
- Door-to-door pay and overtime paid at 1.5x.
The Person:
- Experience servicing and repairing construction plant equipment.
- Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical systems.
- Full UK Driving License and ability to travel across the southwest
