You’ll be responsible for the on-site servicing and maintenance of parts washers, spray-gun cleaners, and other body shop equipment for customers throughout England and Wales. Working from our Bilsthorpe base, you can expect around one overnight stay per week, with accommodation and expenses provided. The role also includes collecting workshop and body shop waste as part of our comprehensive service package.

Key Responsibilities

  • You’ll service both rental and customer-owned equipment throughout England and Wales, with occasional overnight stays when needed.
  • Working from a planned schedule, you’ll replace waste fluids, clean and maintain equipment, and troubleshoot mechanical issues to keep machines running smoothly.
  • As part of our service package, you’ll collect workshop and body shop waste during visits.
  • You’ll complete all necessary paperwork to support waste transfers and service records.
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude is essential in this role.
  • You’ll follow all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • You’ll take pride in keeping company assets—such as your van and workwear—clean and professional.

  • You’ll also assist in building and refurbishing parts washers and spray-gun cleaning machines when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
