Mobile Service Technician
Location: Field-Based Covering Norwich and surrounding Area
Salary: Up to £38,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) + bonus – OTE £45,000 + Company Van + fuel card
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm – no weekends!
Are you a skilled Vehicle Technician looking for a role that offers independence, variety, and the opportunity to work directly with customers?
Our client, Britain's leading supplier of adapted and special purpose vehicles, is looking to recruit a Mobile Service Technician to join their growing team. This is a field-based position where you'll travel to customers' homes and workplaces, carrying out servicing, maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a range of specialist vehicles.
You'll be provided with a fully equipped company van and fuel card for business use, allowing you to deliver first-class service across your designated area.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair adapted and special purpose vehicles
- Diagnose faults using manufacturer and generic diagnostic equipment
- Carry out vehicle inspections to VOSA standards
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer service while working independently in the field
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to the highest standards

What We're Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Experience servicing and repairing vehicles to a high standard
- Ability to work independently and use your own initiative
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Full, valid UK driving licence
