Fixed Term for 12 months initially with a view to become permanent.
Hours: 37 hours a week over Monday to Saturday usually 5 days a week.
Salary: £25,760 per annum
Location: Base shop Blaydon. To cover 11 shops in the region within a tight cluster.
It Is Essential That You Have Access To Transport.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and supporting different shop locations as needed
- Leading and developing volunteer teams
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, merchandising and customer service
- Creating positive experiences for customers and volunteers
- Helping each shop achieve its goals while contributing to the wider mission of the charity
You'll be great in this role if you
- Enjoy working in different locations and adapting to new environments
- Build positive relationships quickly
- Have retail experience, or transferable leadership and customer service skills
- Stay calm under pressure and enjoy finding practical solutions
- Are passionate about supporting people and making a difference
