ISQ Recruitment is recruiting a Mobile SMART Repair Technician on behalf of an established automotive repair business covering Oxford and the surrounding area. This opportunity offers an experienced technician the independence to manage their working day, a guaranteed basic salary and an uncapped bonus scheme that rewards productivity and quality workmanship.
You'll specialise in alloy wheel refurbishment and paint SMART repairs, helping dealerships prepare vehicles for sale. You'll typically set up at one dealership and work there for the day, with repair work arranged in advance and no selling or cold calling required.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Completing alloy wheel and localised paint repairs to a high standard.
- Preparing, painting and finishing damaged areas to achieve a consistent finish.
- Setting up and operating the equipment in your mobile repair van safely.
- Planning your workload to complete repairs efficiently without compromising quality.
- Assessing damage and identifying repairs that fall outside the scope of SMART repair.
- Communicating clearly with dealership teams about work and progress.
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician or Mobile Repair Technician, covering both paint and alloy wheel repairs.
- Strong practical repair skills and attention to detail.
- The confidence to work independently and organise a busy day.
- A professional approach when working with dealership customers.
- A full driving licence valid for use in the UK.
- A practical commuting distance to Oxford and surrounding Oxfordshire sites.

The package includes a basic salary, with up to £50,000+ OTE through an uncapped bonus linked to billed repair work. Higher bonus rates reward increased output, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings.
