The Opportunity
We're working with a well-established technology business that's investing heavily in its in-house software engineering capability.
As part of the continued growth of their mobile development team, they're looking to recruit a Mobile Software Developer with a passion for building high-quality mobile applications and a desire to continue developing their skills within the Microsoft technology stack.
This role would suit an experienced mobile developer who has worked with either native or cross-platform technologies and has commercial experience within the.NET ecosystem.
Experience with.NET MAUI or Xamarin is beneficial but not essential as full support and training will be provided.
If you're someone who enjoys solving technical problems, writing clean code and wants to work in a collaborative engineering environment where you'll continue to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
