Mobile Spa Coordinator – Remote Working – Permanent Role
Glo is a UK wide company operating for over 20 years with a database of over 850 freelance and professional mobile beauty and health therapists, providing mobile health and beauty experiences for Hen pamper parties, mobile spas for family holidays in rented accommodation, corporate events, and wellbeing in the workplace.
Glo is looking for a highly efficient, warm and friendly person who is based in the UK, able to show knowledge and expertise within the beauty and wellness industry, is hard working, likes to juggle tasks within a fast paced and sales-oriented business, and who enjoys working on their own or with a small team, from their own home. This role would suit someone who is keen to work within a small but thriving, privately owned company; who will take personal pride and ownership of their tasks to ensure that they become a valued and integral part of the company. The Role
To undertake administrative tasks and co-ordinate Glo's pamper party & Home Spa bookings from your own home office:
- Enquiries: To respond to Home Spa and Pamper Party enquiries to upsell/convert to a booking.
- Bookings: To co-ordinate and organise bookings using the Glo booking system. This includes liaising with clients on payment, advising on treatment choices, arranging appointment schedules, health consultations, communicating with the client before, during and after the booking, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Therapists: To select and allocate suitable therapist/s to bookings and recruit therapists when necessary, and to communicate with therapists throughout all bookings.
- Recruit new therapists/trainers: as required for Glo's pamper party and spa offering.
- Nurture existing clients: and upsell/expand Glo's service offering where possible.
- Familiarize yourself with Glo's competition: and consider service innovation for Glo.
- Stay up to date: and well informed on key trends for spa therapies and the beauty/wellness industry in general terms.
- On call phone cover (out of hours for emergencies): equating to approx. 1 weekend a month organised on a shift pattern shared between the rest of the team.
- Support the management team: with business development in the pamper party and mobile spa sector.

Essential Experience
- Solid administrative experience.
- Solid understanding of beauty, complementary health, wellbeing, and emerging beauty and wellness trends/services.
- Sales experience.
- Understanding of how Glo's services are experienced on a mobile basis.
- People management skills (in terms of getting the best from Glo's therapists).
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills – the role involves juggling lots of different tasks at once and reprioritising throughout the day as new enquiries, bookings and therapist changes come in.
- Excellent communication skills.

Who This Role Would Suit
- A salon, spa or clinic receptionist, supervisor or manager looking for a home-based role.
- A beauty or holistic therapist with strong admin experience who wants to step back from delivering treatments while staying in the industry.
- An events, hospitality or travel coordinator with a genuine passion for beauty and wellbeing.
- Anyone with a passion for beauty and wellness and also thrives on keeping lots of plates spinning, and gets real satisfaction from making sure every client and therapist has a great experience.
Start date
Tuesday 12th January 2027
Probation period
3 months. Monthly KPIs will be set and reviewed with you during this period.
Hours of Work – 35 hours per week
- Tuesday – Friday: 9am – 4pm (7 hours per day)
- Saturday: 8.30am – 3.30pm (7 hours)
Saturday working is an essential part of the role – up to 4 Saturdays can be taken off as holiday each year.
Pay
- £15.00 per hour (weekday)
- £22.50 per hour (Saturday) – equivalent to approx. £30,000 per year
Plus approx.1 weekend on call cover per month as per agreed rota at £12.71ph, On call cover is shared with the rest of the team and works out at approx. 6-10 hours in total per month.

- A valid UK/EU work permit: Required.
- Strong knowledge, experience and interest in beauty, health and wellness.
- Excellent telephone manner.
