We're recruiting for a Mobile High Level Cleaning Technician to support a major UK retail portfolio, around the Bournemouth area. You'll be provided with a company van, fuel card and mobile phone, with all work planned in advance wherever possible. Most jobs are within approximately 90 minutes of your home, although occasional overnight stays may be required for reactive works, with hotel accommodation fully covered.

Your Role
- Carrying out high and low-level cleaning across retail, commercial and industrial sites
- Specialist external cleaning including commercial window cleaning and pressure washing
- Completing planned cleaning tasks to agreed specifications and timescales
- Responding to reactive cleaning requirements when required
- Working safely at height using the appropriate equipment
- Carrying out basic maintenance of cleaning equipment, including changing O-rings and ensuring equipment remains serviceable
- Using company PDA/mobile applications to complete job reports and documentation
- Building positive working relationships with clients and store teams
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with Health & Safety procedures and company standards

Working Hours
- Working any 5 days from 7
- Flexibility required for early starts and occasional overnight stays
- Standard working day with approximately 7 hours on site (8 hours paid)
About You
- Previous experience in commercial window cleaning, specialist cleaning or external cleaning
- Experience using pressure washing/jet washing equipment
- Comfortable working at height
- IPAF 3a/3b licence desirable (training available)
- IPAF Harness User qualification desirable
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- IT literate and comfortable using mobile/PDA technology
- Reliable, professional and customer-focused
- Flexible to travel within your regional area and occasionally work away from home when required
