Mobile High Level Cleaning Technician - Nottingham

£32,250 + Company Van + Fuel Card | Permanent
Experienced in high-level cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, or specialist external cleaning? Looking for a permanent role with a company vehicle and plenty of variety?
We are currently recruiting for a Mobile High Level Cleaning Technician to join an established and growing specialist cleaning business, working across a major UK retail portfolio throughout Nottingham and the surrounding area.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out on the road, working across different sites, and using specialist cleaning equipment rather than being based in the same location every day.
You'll receive a company van, fuel card, and mobile phone, with the majority of work planned in advance. Most sites will be within approximately 90 minutes of your home, with occasional overnight stays required for reactive work. Any overnight accommodation is fully paid for.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for carrying out a range of specialist cleaning services across the company's retail portfolio, including:
- High and low-level cleaning
- Commercial window cleaning
- Pressure/jet washing
- External cleaning
- Planned and reactive cleaning works
- Working safely at height using appropriate equipment
- Operating and maintaining specialist cleaning equipment
- Basic equipment maintenance, including changing O-rings
- Completing job reports and documentation using a PDA/mobile device
- Liaising professionally with store teams and clients
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to the required standard
What We're Looking For
We're interested in people with experience in commercial window cleaning, high-level cleaning, specialist cleaning, or external cleaning.
You don't necessarily need to have done exactly the same role before, but you should be confident working independently, comfortable traveling between sites, and have experience using equipment such as pressure washers.

Essential
- Experience within commercial, specialist, or external cleaning
- Experience using pressure/jet washing equipment
- Comfortable working at height
- Full UK driving license
- Reliable and professional approach
- Comfortable using a smartphone/PDA to complete job information
- Flexible regarding travel and working hours
Desirable
- IPAF 3a/3b
- IPAF Harness User qualification
- Commercial window cleaning experience
- High-level cleaning experience
- Experience working within a retail environment
IPAF training can be provided for the right candidate.
Hours & Travel
You'll work 5 days from 7, so some weekend work will be required.
There will be early starts depending on the work being carried out, and occasional overnight stays may be necessary for reactive jobs. Accommodation and associated costs are covered by the company.
A typical working day is around 7 hours on site, with 8 hours paid.
