As our Mobile Stock & Inventory Coordinator, you will play a key part in keeping our field teams equipped, our operations running smoothly, and our customers supported across the UK.

You will receive support to learn the role while taking ownership of practical tasks that help our field colleagues stay equipped and keep our national operation running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
As Mobile Stock & Inventory Coordinator, you will support the national van stock and equipment process for new starters and leavers, helping colleagues get what they need quickly while improving stock control and reducing unnecessary inventory across the business.
You will work closely with Operations, Fleet, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to manage stock movements, equipment records, critical holdings, and asset compliance. The role is varied, hands-on, and a great first step for someone who is keen to build practical experience in a busy operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the national new starter and leaver van stock and equipment process.
- Coordinate and manage critical stock holding solutions across the business.
- Support the reduction of excess stock and equipment holdings.
- Oversee national tool, PPE, and equipment management processes.
- Maintain accurate records of stock and assets across business systems.
- Manage Trade Card and Purchase Card processes for starters and leavers.
- Ensure tool and equipment asset records are accurately maintained within company systems.
- Support Academy site management and compliance requirements.
- Assist with business mobilisations, projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with Finance, Fleet, and Operational teams to resolve stock and equipment queries.
- Identify opportunities to improve stock availability, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain robust records and ensure all activities are completed in a compliant and ethical manner.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, solving problems, and providing a reliable service to colleagues across the business. Previous stock or supply chain experience is helpful but not essential; what matters most is your attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to build positive working relationships.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3 GCSEs, or equivalent, including English and Maths.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Some experience using business systems or specialist software would be helpful, but full support will be provided.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build positive relationships across the business.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where responsiveness is key.
