Role Description
The Mobile Support Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Stonehouse, responsible for supporting business customers with their mobile phone and mobile data services. The role involves:
- Handling customer inquiries
- Troubleshooting mobile service issues
- Coordinating new mobile connections and upgrades
- Assisting with tariff changes and account administration

The Mobile Support Executive will liaise with mobile network operators, maintain accurate records in internal systems, and ensure that customers receive timely, clear, and effective communication. The role also includes:

- Monitoring service performance
- Escalating technical or billing issues when required
- Contributing to continuous improvement of support processes
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally.
- Experience in supporting mobile phones, SIMs, and mobile data services, including basic troubleshooting and configuration an advantage but not essential.
- Good organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail when managing accounts, orders, and documentation.
- Comfort working with CRM or ticketing systems, spreadsheets, and standard office software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners, while taking ownership of tasks and follow-up.
- Previous experience in telecommunications, IT, or a technology-focused support environment is beneficial.
