Job Summary
Mobile HGV Tanker Technician Required to join a leading vehicle asset rental organisation. We are looking for an experienced technician to support the maintenance and repair of waste vacuum tankers and other tanker types.
As a Tanker Technician, this will be a primarily mobile role, operating from a fully equipped WTS service van to carry out repairs and maintenance at customer sites across the UK.
When mobile work is not required, the role is workshop-based at the company's Morley facility.
You will also act as an ambassador for our tanker products, including Cappellotto waste tankers, supporting product familiarisation and basic training both on and off site where required.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect, service, and repair tankers (primarily vacuum waste tankers) to a high maintenance standard. This will include Pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, welding, and diagnostics work.
- Perform operational training and product familiarisation to customers and stakeholders on tanker equipment.
- Ensuring that tankers match the highest safety and compliance standards.
- Learn and become a subject matter expert on our Cappellotto waste tankers.
Requirements:
- Time served experience working with tankers (preferably waste tankers) or HGV types (including trucks and trailers).
- Experience in similar fields to road tankers would be considered, such as hydraulics, pneumatics, plant machinery, or other similar vehicle types.
- City & Guilds 1, 2 & 3 Certificates or equivalent qualifications.
