Experience: 2-4 Years

Mode: Work From Office (WFO) – On Site in London

Responsible for providing end-to-end support for corporate mobile devices and telecom services, including SIM card requests, validation, assignment, and provisioning, as well as allocation and support of Android and iPhone devices. The role will coordinate with global stakeholders and employees to fulfil mobile/telecom requirements, troubleshoot connectivity and device-related issues, and guide users on accessing and configuring relevant mobile services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing requests for SIM cards, mobile devices and related telecom services.
  • Validating and assigning SIMs/devices to employees and stakeholders globally.
  • Supporting both Android and iOS/iPhone devices.
  • Assisting users with device setup, connectivity and access to mobile services.
  • Troubleshooting basic mobile, SIM and connectivity issues and coordinating resolution where required.
  • Liaising with telecom providers, internal teams and stakeholders to resolve service requests.
  • Maintaining accurate records of devices, SIMs, assignments and service requests.
