About Farol Ltd

Farol Ltd is an extremely successful family-owned business. Established in 1976 and now employing over 300 people across our 7 depots, we are the market leaders in agriculture, groundcare, and homeowner products, holding the market-leading John Deere franchise along with many other brands. We also have a Tyres division, which is where this vacancy sits.

Role Overview

As one of our professional Mobile Tyre Fitters, your role will be to fit and maintain agricultural and construction machinery tyres, with a small degree of commercial and car tyre maintenance/fitting as well. 95% of your work will be field-based (i.e., out on our customer's premises) with a small amount of work carried out in the Tyre bay at our Shefford Woodlands depot (just outside Hungerford). However, you will need to visit the Shefford depot daily to collect equipment needed for you to carry out your work out on site.

Geographically, you will cover an area within an hour/90 minutes from Hungerford, so ideally, you will be located within a commutable distance to the depot (RG17 7BP) to enable a daily visit to pick up equipment whilst also being able to reach all our customers in Berkshire and the surrounding areas.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
