Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Mobile Vehicle Fitter role based in the United Kingdom. The Mobile Vehicle Fitter will travel to customer locations to carry out bespoke vehicle conversions, installations, and fittings according to project specifications. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role involves using hand and power tools, reading build plans or drawings, troubleshooting installation issues, and maintaining a clean, organized work area and vehicle. The Mobile Vehicle Fitter will also communicate with customers and the internal team to provide updates, clarify requirements, and support timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Strong practical skills in vehicle fitting, basic mechanics, or automotive installation work, with experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret build plans, drawings, and written specifications, and to follow processes with attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills, including diagnosing fitting or installation issues and proposing practical solutions.
- Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams in a professional manner.
- Capability to work independently on-site, manage time well, and adapt to different environments and project requirements.
- Understanding of basic health and safety practices, including safe tool use and adherence to company safety guidelines.
- Valid UK driving license suitable for travelling to customer locations.
- Previous experience in vehicle conversions, coachbuilding, bodywork, or a related automotive trade is beneficial.
- Relevant vocational qualification or apprenticeship in automotive, mechanical, or engineering disciplines is an advantage.
