Mobile Vehicle Technician
Location: Derby
Salary: Dependent on qualifications & experience
Sign-on Bonus: £1,500
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm (Flexible working as long as 42 hours are completed, no weekends or bank holidays)
We're looking for a skilled vehicle technician to join our client in Derby as a Mobile LCV Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for a vehicle technician who enjoys independence, variety, and the chance to develop their career with full HGV training and a clear route to Master Technician level.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Light Commercial Vehicles
- Carry out mechanical and electrical work including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and diagnostics
- Complete routine servicing, inspections, and preventative maintenance
- Use diagnostic equipment to resolve complex faults
- Maintain accurate job cards and service documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Ensure a safe and tidy working environment
- Stay up to date with modern vehicle technology and repair methods
Requirements
- Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident working independently in a mobile role
