For our subsidiary BAUER Technologies Limited, we are searching for a new team member multi-site based across the United Kingdom as Mobile Welder (m/f/x).
Your tasks:
- Carry out welding, burning, fabrication, maintenance and repair works on piling equipment, digging tools and segmental casings according to our standards to ensure safe and efficient site operations
- Liaise with Site Management in planning, coordinating and prioritising maintenance and repair activities in accordance with project requirements and site schedules
- Ensure all welding equipment, materials and consumables are maintained, inspected and available to support the execution of works on site
- Manage, promote and follow all aspects of health, safety and site welfare regulations, maintaining safe working areas and complying with all company procedures
- Work independently and as part of the site team to deliver high-quality workmanship, maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement of equipment and processes

Your profile:
- Training or education in welding, fabrication, mechanical engineering or an equivalent qualification
- Professional experience as a welder within the piling, special foundation, construction or heavy plant industry
- Knowledge of piling equipment, ground engineering processes and maintenance procedures relating to special foundation works
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and procedures on site, with a commitment to achieving the highest standards of safety, quality and performance
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, both oral and written, and to work independently as well as part of a team
