Job Title: Mobilisation Coordinator

Location: 52 Lant St, London, SE1 1RB

Salary: £34,000 annually

Job Type: Permanent, full-time

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9.00am-5.30pm Mon-Fri

The Company:

Recorra is a leading circular economy company, providing services for recycling, data destruction, and office supplies in London and the South East. We are born environmentalists, formed by Friends of the Earth in 1988 and now operating as an independent commercial organisation.

We are an ethical and fast-growing company with a team of exceptional people and are looking for someone to join us during an exciting period of change and growth. The role provides the opportunity for you to use your skills to make a difference within a friendly, dynamic, and forward-thinking company. The culture is energetic, and there will be many opportunities for you to make a substantial contribution to the business.

The Role:

We’re looking for an organised and commercially minded individual to join our Mobilisation Team, responsible for onboarding new clients and coordinating the journey from signed contract to successful service delivery.

Working between our Sales and Account Management teams, you’ll take ownership of new customers once their contract has been signed, coordinating the mobilisation process and ensuring key actions, deadlines, and milestones are met before the customer moves into ongoing account management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
