Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a growing specialist B2B services organisation delivering managed solutions to a portfolio of high-profile customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mobilisation, Service Delivery, Contract or Customer Operations professional to take ownership of new contracts from award through mobilisation and into successful business-as-usual delivery.
You'll be the key link between customers, internal teams and delivery partners, ensuring contracts launch smoothly, performance targets are achieved and customers receive an exceptional service.

What you'll be doing
- Lead the mobilisation of new contracts from award through to go-live.
- Own the ongoing operational delivery of managed service contracts.
- Develop mobilisation plans, manage timelines, risks and dependencies.
- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Lead customer reviews and act as the escalation point for operational issues.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs and service performance, driving improvements where needed.
- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and delivery partners.
- Oversee complex operational programmes and ensure service commitments are delivered.
- Drive continuous improvement, service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Support and develop the team, creating a culture of accountability and collaboration.
About you
We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and making things happen.

You'll ideally have experience in mobilisation, service delivery, contract management, customer operations, or managed services, with a strong understanding of KPIs, SLAs and customer relationships.
You could currently be a Mobilisation Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Contract Manager, Customer Operations Manager, Operations Manager or Managed Services Manager looking for your next challenge.
Experience working within a complex, customer-focused operational environment would be advantageous.
