About Well Life Clinic
Well Life Clinic is a growing private healthcare business focused on delivering high-quality clinical care alongside an exceptional patient experience.
As the business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Healthcare Mobilisation Manager to lead the mobilisation of new services and sites, ensuring they are operationally ready, clinically safe and set up to deliver an excellent patient experience from day one.
This is a hands-on role with significant ownership and visibility across the business. Due to the timescales of our current programme, we are looking for someone who can start immediately or within the next month.
The Role
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering the mobilisation of new Well Life services and sites, working across clinical, operational, technology, property, finance, people and supplier workstreams.
You will take projects from mobilisation planning through to operational readiness, launch and handover into business-as-usual operations. This is not purely a project-management role: we are looking for someone who is hands-on and delivery-focused, comfortable getting into the operational detail and ensuring everything required to safely and effectively launch a healthcare service is in place.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own mobilisation plans for new Well Life services, facilities and sites.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring clear responsibilities, milestones, dependencies and deadlines.
- Work closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure services are safe and ready for launch.
- Coordinate premises, facilities, clinical equipment, technology, systems and other infrastructure required for opening.
- Support patient pathways, operational processes, recruitment, onboarding, training and workforce-readiness activities.
- Ensure clinical governance, health and safety, information governance and regulatory requirements are incorporated into mobilisation plans.
- Manage external suppliers and contractors, including procurement, delivery and installation requirements.
- Establish and manage operational-readiness checklists, testing and go-live criteria.
- Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, driving actions through to resolution.
- Provide clear progress, risk and decision reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate readiness activities ahead of go-live and support the initial post-launch period.
- Develop repeatable mobilisation processes, templates and standards to support future Well Life openings.

About You
The most important requirement for this role is a proven track record of successfully mobilising healthcare services and/or healthcare sites. You will understand the practical detail involved in moving from a project plan to a safe, effective and fully functioning clinical operation.
You will ideally have:
- Demonstrable experience of successfully mobilising services and/or physical healthcare sites through to go-live.
- Strong project and mobilisation management skills, including managing multiple interconnected workstreams.
- Experience managing mobilisation plans, readiness assessments, risk registers and action trackers.
- A healthcare background with a good understanding of clinical environments and healthcare operations.
- Experience working with clinicians, operational teams, senior management, technology providers, contractors and external suppliers.
- A good understanding of clinical governance and regulatory requirements within healthcare.
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence managing suppliers and project expenditure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to challenge and drive delivery.
- The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and remain effective under demanding launch deadlines.
- Availability to start immediately or within the next month.

Experience within private healthcare, primary care, diagnostics, outpatient services or multi-site healthcare would be particularly useful. Experience of CQC-regulated environments, healthcare technology implementation, facilities mobilisation, procurement or new clinic openings would also be advantageous.
Formal project-management qualifications such as PRINCE2 or APM would be useful but are not essential. We are more interested in a strong track record of successfully delivering healthcare mobilisations.
What Success Looks Like
Success will mean new services and sites launch safely, effectively and to the agreed timetable, with clinical, operational, technology, facilities and people workstreams ready for go-live. You will identify risks and dependencies early, ensure teams and suppliers deliver against agreed commitments, and establish repeatable mobilisation processes that support Well Life's continued growth.
Working Arrangements
The role is based in Oxted, Surrey, with a minimum of three days per week on site and flexibility to work from home where appropriate. Travel to other Well Life locations and supplier, contractor and project meetings will be required as necessary.
We are open to appointing the right candidate on either a permanent basis or an initial 3–6 month fixed-term contract.
