Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for a Mobilisation Manager to join our Communications and Campaigns team in London.

About Us

We provide young people experiencing homelessness with accommodation, health support and the practical and emotional support they need to build independent futures. Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 young people each year. Our ambition is to end youth homelessness by 2037.

To achieve that ambition, we need to build understanding of youth homelessness, champion support for effective solutions and rally a movement of people ready to take action. As our Mobilisation Manager, you’ll develop national campaigns that bring people together, challenge existing mindsets and help create lasting change for a housing system built for all young people.

Centrepoint operates a hybrid working model, with a minimum of 50% of your working week spent in the office. For most full-time colleagues, this means five office days over a two-week period.

About You

You’re an experienced campaigner who knows how to turn an idea into action. You’ve delivered public campaigns with impressive results and built relationships with supporters, partners and communities to bring people together around a shared cause. You bring bold and creative thinking to your work, and you understand how to use a full range of offline and online tools to bring a campaign to life.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
