As a Mobilisation Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing major new contracts to life, transforming ambitious plans into operational reality. Working at the heart of our growth strategy, you'll lead the mobilisation of high-profile Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Central Government contracts, ensuring new services launch seamlessly, compliantly and with confidence.

Build Something From Day One
As a Mobilisation Manager, you'll be at the forefront of bringing new contracts to life, leading complex mobilisation projects that directly contribute to Mitie's continued growth and success.
This home-based role offers flexibility and autonomy, combined with the opportunity to work on high-profile projects across the UK. Travel will be required to client sites, operational locations and key stakeholder meetings, with all business travel expenses reimbursed in line with company policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead contract mobilisations from award through to business-as-usual delivery.
- Develop and manage mobilisation plans, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
- Manage risks, issues and change impacts to ensure successful outcomes.
- Coordinate operational teams, support functions, suppliers and clients.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, governance, regulatory and operational requirements.
- Embed Health & Safety, information security and risk management standards.
- Provide clear reporting and progress updates to senior stakeholders.
- Support operational teams through a smooth transition into service delivery.

About You
You'll have experience delivering complex mobilisation, transition, change or transformation projects within operational environments.
Essential
- Strong project and change management experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Commercial awareness and focus on delivering quality outcomes.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Understanding of governance, compliance and risk management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Flexibility to travel across the UK.
Desirable
- Experience within Facilities Management, IFM or Central Government contracts.
- PRINCE2, APM, MSP or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience using Microsoft Project or similar planning tools.
- Knowledge of hard services and multi-service operational environments.
