The Opportunity
We are looking for a Mobility Advisor to join our Sales department. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused and compassionate individual to help people find the right mobility solutions to enhance their independence and quality of life.
You'll play a key role handling inbound calls from customers looking to order a wheelchair accessible vehicle and outbound calls to existing customers to renew their lease.

Hours of work
- Monday - Thursday 8.45am - 6pm
- Friday 9am - 5pm
- Our rota includes one Saturday shift every 4-6 weeks (9am-5pm). To support work-life balance, colleagues scheduled to work a Saturday receive the Friday before off.
The salary is £27,976 per annum + bonus.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Speaking with customers by phone, email and online enquiries to understand their requirements and help them find the most suitable wheelchair accessible vehicle.
- Providing expert guidance on our wheelchair accessible vehicle range.
- Contacting existing customers approaching the end of their lease to discuss renewal options.
- Building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and information.
- Working towards individual and team targets while identifying every opportunity to help customers.

About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a telephone or contact centre environment.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- A positive, motivated and target-driven approach.
- The ability to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively with a wide range of customers, including those who may require additional support.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
