Who We Are

We're a boutique consultancy tearing up the traditional firm's playbook. We work lean, move fast, and run on one principle: purpose over permission.

We help people reclaim their Italian citizenship, secure visas and residency, and build lives across borders. We pair serious legal work with technology, sharp systems, and a brand that treats clients as people, not case numbers.

If you've ever felt you were meant to build something different, this is it.

About the Role

We're looking for a Mobility Associate to join a small, ambitious team. This is a paralegal-level role with real ownership from day one: your own caseload of mobility matters, run end to end, from onboarding through to completion.

You'll own the client relationship, keep your files precise, and handle the documents and admin your cases need, with intern support for the heavy lifting and a central custody process for original records. You'll work inside the systems and KPIs we've built, so you always know where your matters stand and nothing slips.

If you're looking for hierarchy, ego, or rigid suits, look elsewhere. If you want to own your work in a company that sees you, trusts you, and gives you room to grow, we want to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Do

  • Own a caseload of matters end to end, from onboarding to completion.
  • Be the go-to contact for your clients and manage their experience with care.
  • Keep your matters and data accurate and current in Clio, and drive them to closure without stalling.
  • Prepare documents, conduct research, and handle the civil records, apostille, and submission steps your cases need.
  • Manage your own document handling and admin, following our central custody procedure for original client records.
  • Use our systems and KPIs to keep your caseload on track, and help us make the process simpler.

This is a guide, not an exhaustive list. In a team like ours, you'll cover more than any bullet point can capture.

Who You Are

We care more about mindset than checkboxes. But ideally you have:

  • Experience running legal matters or client caseloads independently. Italian citizenship, or mobility experience is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent English, essential. Italian is a strong advantage and preferred, particularly for reading civil records and consular correspondence.
  • A meticulous eye and genuine ownership. You close things, you don't just hold them.
  • Confidence with Clio, Google Suite, Notion and digital tools, and an instinct for making processes simpler.
  • Complete trustworthiness with confidential and irreplaceable client documents.
  • Right to work in the UK, and able to work on-site in our office full-time.
